My next tour leaves on Saturday – Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans and Houston. This is going to involve all of my favourite music!
From now on I’m going to need to do a Welcome Meeting for my clients on the first morning. Nothing too fancy, just a chance for the clients to know what I look like and to meet the rest of the people on the Tour (many of them now arrive on separate flights from regional airports in the UK).
I’m not sure how well it will work, but I’m taking my pocket sized Optima projector and if everything works, I’ll play this during the coffee and doughnuts phase of the meeting as a warmer – always assuming the hotel will provide coffee & doughnuts of course. I need to remember the first rule of technology “Never let anything mechanical or electrical know you are in a hurry” – Fingers Crossed!
