So today was our day for visiting the terracotta warriors. There’s not too much to say beyond the fact that they were as good as was expected, which was pretty damn good!

Fortunately, we arrived quite early, which meant we got there ahead of the rush and were able to see the Warriors in the morning sun.

This picture is of some replica warriors to show you some of the detail.
Later in the day we visited the Muslim Quarter and Mosque in Xi’an where there is an amazing market.
We finish the day at a restaurant specialising in one of the locals favourite foods, dumplings. Boiled, fried, steamed with pork, chicken, prawn and vegetables.

Another busy day. My backpack and flag sometimes lead lonely life, waiting for my clients to form together again as a group.
