HZERO

I wasn’t going to do another post on this Tour since we’re almost done (I’m writing this on the TGV from Nice to Paris) but this was too good to miss.

While wandering in Firenze, waiting to rejoin my clients after they had enjoyed some free time, I came across the HZero museum, located in an abandoned cinema, a stone’s throw from Santa Maria Novella. HZERO is developed around a unique work of art – an imposing model railway of 280 square meters, among the largest in Europe. Talk about unexpected, or as one of the staff said “A hidden gem”.

And here it is on video. A certain stop for next time I’m bringing rail clients through Firenze.

As always, I found time ti enjoy my favourite Italian meal, spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. Olive oil, garlic & a few chilli flakes dusted with parmesan cheese and a small glass of red wine. Try it, you’ll never have pasta any other way.

Finally, this is Gandha who is lovely and resting her head on my boots on the train from Nice to Paris while her owner has a nap. Aaaaah!
